It is clear that this woman is experie This was an interesting book for several reasons. It is clear that this woman is experiencing a moral crisis and even though some of the people she encounters don't really know what is going on with her, they do know something is going on.

This was my first book by Denise Hildreth but it won't be my last. What a wonderful book about trying to run from our past. After reading this book, I heard the song and it will be stuck in my head forever. Our main character has moved away from the south, they don't say why in the beginning so I won't ruin it for anyone else, but if you love southern writing you will love this book.

The food descriptions alone are enough to drive you crazy. You feel like you are in the car with her, in the seat This was my first book by Denise Hildreth but it won't be my last. You feel like you are in the car with her, in the seat next to her. You can feel the speed underneath you. When she drinks the ice cold coke you can feel it go down your own throat. I can't wait to read her newest, Hurricanes in Paradise.. I passed this one on, and I highly recommend it. It sinds of forgiveness and our own personal trials.

The strangers who help her deal with her demons are people she meets on her trip. Each one is a delightful surprise. Each person unwittingly forces her to remember something from her childhood that she had refused to deal with. I love the relationship with h I would give it 4.
I love the relationship with her brother. I don't want to spoil it for your reading experience.

The author does a good job of showing how we allow our pain to turn inward, which only leads to a lifetime of pain for both ourselves and those who try to love us. So many of us do this, myself included.

I don't think it is one I'd pick out on my own. My mom suggested I read it. Most of the book was a bit depressing, considering how Rose's life was going. The ending was good though, when she repented of her sins and accepted the light of Jesus Christ into her life again.
When she let go of her hate and relized what would really make her happy in this life. It was a fast book to read.
